This is all I have heard so far. There is a little more in-depth discussion of these notifications being carried on in the comments section of the first post. There are rumors of other schools, but I am not comfortable posting them until someone submits them to this site. As to a question posted in the comments section: Yes, I would be happy to post results of non-MFA fellowships, if anyone sees fit to send them to me. Thanks for everyone's comments; I'll throw things on here as soon as they come in. Thanks to all those who have contributed.
A quick note: I've been a little hesitant to compile results from message boards, as many of you know, some people just can't be trusted. So, I'm a little wary of message boards and people who frequent them, but in the sake of keeping this interesting, I'll post most of their results anyway.

MFA Acceptances, Offers of financial aid/assistantships

Please visit Tom Kealy's extraordinarily helpful site here.
Though I have not read his book, it seems to have answers to most of the questions that pop up not only during application time, but also in decision time.
